Our thriving company is located in the heartland of Ballito at No 8 The Circle Shopping Centre, Douglas Crowe Drive.
Poolwise commenced business some seven years ago to fill the service gap in pool supply and maintenance and is now the de facto “pool business” on the North Coast of Kwa Zulu Natal. We operate from Zinkwazi in the north and as far as Umhlanga in the South, going as far inland as required.
We have concentrated on supplying the services needed by a growing multicultural population, Ballito being one of the fastest growing cities in South Africa for the past four years now. The warm comfortable climate is conducive to having a pool of some sorts, to either enhance your already beautiful property or to provide that cool swim during a hot day.
We have a creative team that will assist in designing the pool you desire and can offer you the choice of an affordable “ready-made” fibreglass shell or the installation of a shapely marblelite surface. Rim flow pools with an infinity edge and rock features add an amazing look and feel to your house. With our long established reputation in the area and our guarantees, you can be sure that what we install will give you endless hours of pleasure.
We get involved in the whole project including pool and garden layout at time of construction and will assist in the referral to a qualified architect to have your plans passed by the council before we can build.
If your current pool is looking a bit run down due to age or neglect we can update it for you. All manner of repairs are undertaken including, leak detection, subsidence, fibre lining, marblelite repairs, coping tiles, paving, plumbing, electrical, and rim flow cracks.

Added to this we have maintenance teams that undertake repairs to your existing pool, either on an ad hoc basis or through a regular maintenance contract, to keep your pool water healthy and sparkling clean. This is especially handy if you have a holiday home and need our services to keep your pool clean whilst you are away. If you require it we offer free water testing at our shop and this together with our friendly advice will keep you on track with looking after your pool.
We supply all the chemicals required to do this as well as all manner of automatic pool cleaning equipment and chlorinators. Brushes, nets, and whatever is required we can supply. If you have little kids in the house that you want to protect we can install a safety pool net for you to suit your needs and shape of pool. |

In the normally mild winter of KZN it can be a bit chilly overnight that cools the water down so that swimming is not so Pleasant the next day. Well we have the answer for you, with solar or electrical heating solutions that extend the swimming period of your pool to at least 9 months in the year.
If it is a Jacuzzi or a Spa pool you are looking for we have a range of pools for you to select from. The positioning of this can add to your enjoyment of your outdoor living and add rands to the value of your house. Covers keep the pool clean and at the right temperature for whenever you want to use it. We even have a range of portable Jacuzzi’s for you to consider. These are quite affordable and can be drained and packed up in a box on your departure for use the next time you require it.
